Return.
Not every step needs a guide. But sometimes, a voice. A rhythm. A question—can help you come back to yourself.
This is your space for grounded resources and ritual-based reflections.
For everyday moments that deserve to feel sacred. For nervous system tools you can actually use. For reminders that healing can be ordinary. Quiet. Unrushed.
Whether you’re listening on a walk, journaling with tea, or reorienting after a hard week—these tools were made for the life you’re actually living.
I walk with the wisdom that's been mine all along
SHAME LOSES ITS POWER WHEN WE SPEAK IT.
On the Intuitively Wild podcast, we peel back the layers of the human experience—of healing, recovery, relationships, shame, and becoming.
Through vulnerable conversations and lived experience, we move through the human condition: mental health, spirituality, intentional living, intuition work, yoga therapy, recovery, relationships, human design, grief, healing, and choosing to live connected—to ourselves, to each other, and to nature.
These episodes are ritual in audio form—inviting you to witness, soften, and be witnessed. We don’t skip the hard parts. We sit with them. And we learn to hold ourselves inside them.

(The Podcast)
My work is grounded in real life: the tea-stained mornings, the soft pauses, the sacred rituals that help us keep returning.
These writings are part of that return. A way of witnessing the world and making meaning of the moment. Some days I write from clarity. Most days, I write from curiosity.
You’ll find spiritual grounding techniques, everyday rituals, nervous system tools, and intuitive practices for staying with yourself through it all.
But mostly? You’ll find a place to feel a little less alone.

(The Substack)
This is where Intuitively Wild becomes embodied. In the videos I share, you’ll find rituals for real life that sometimes spill into shared practices. Tea ceremonies. Day-in-the-life rhythms. Reflections on what it means to live inside the body and not just the mind.
You don’t need a studio. Or silence. Or perfect energy. Just curiosity. Presence. And permission to show up messy.
For now, YouTube is home to the podcast in motion—episodes you can watch, pause, and return to. It will gradually grow into a library of intuitive rituals you can practice at home, within your actual days.
