Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I don’t know what to book—can you help?

A: Absolutely. Many people arrive without a clear plan, just a feeling. That’s welcome here. Use the form above to share a bit about where you’re at, and we’ll find the offering or practice that fits, together.

Q: What is ceremony? How is it different from ritual?

A: The difference is in the depth and the container.

A ritual can be as small and spontaneous as lighting a candle before bed, pausing for three deep breaths before opening your laptop, or stirring intention into your morning tea. Rituals are often woven into everyday life—they’re practices that tether us back to ourselves in the middle of the ordinary.

A ceremony, on the other hand, asks us to step outside of the everyday and enter a different kind of space—physically, mentally, energetically. It’s where a collection of rituals are held together with intention, over longer stretches of time, inside a container designed for presence. Tea poured in silence, guided breathwork, movement, journaling, conversation. Ceremony is the moment where all of that gathers, where the sacred is held apart from the noise, and where you meet yourself with deeper reverence.

Q: Do I need to be spiritual to benefit from Intuitively Wild?

A: Not at all. Ritual doesn’t belong to any one belief system. You bring your own meaning; we build practice around it.

Q: What is yoga therapy?

A: Yoga therapy is the art of using therapeutic tools, trauma training, and yoga practices—like movement, breath, meditation, and deep rest—as personalized tools for healing. Unlike a group yoga class, it’s tailored to your body, your nervous system, and your season of life. It isn’t about touching your toes. It’s about learning how to come back to yourself in a way that steadies, supports, and sustains you.

Q: What is tea ceremony?

A: Tea ceremony is a ritual of presence. We gather around bowls of tea, poured in silence, and let the practice guide us back to ourselves. It’s simple, but not small: the warmth of the cup, the rhythm of the pour, the shared stillness. My specific training comes from a traditional Chinese tea ceremony called Chao Dao (the way of tea), and while it has specific steps and structure, it is primarily a ritual of presence and connection. With wabi sabi— the beauty of imperfection— as the focal point, tea ceremony is about being with what is, together.

Q: What is herbalism?

A: Herbalism is the practice of working with plants as allies for health and healing. It might look like drinking an infusion to soothe your nervous system, applying an herbal salve to ease tension, or using tinctures to support your body through a season of change. Herbalism reminds us that the natural world is medicine—that connection to the plants around us is both deeply practical and deeply sacred.

Q: What is human design?

A: Human Design is a system that blends astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, and modern science to offer a kind of blueprint for how your energy moves through the world. I use it less as a label and more as a lens—helping you understand your natural rhythms, decision-making style, and intuitive cues. It’s a way of remembering that there was never one “right” way to be—you already have a map inside you. If you’re interested in finding out your own human design, click here.

Q: What’s the difference between a ceremony and a mentorship?

A: Ceremonies are single-session, guided ritual experiences. Mentorship is an ongoing, personalized container for deeper transformation. If you’re not sure which is right for you, reach out for guidance.

Q: Are your sessions virtual or in person?

A: Both. All ceremonies are held in-person in the Hudson Valley studio, while mentorship can happen either across Zoom or in-person. If you’re located at a distance, my Substack and podcast also often offer embodied practices for integrating ritual into your everyday. The work is just as potent across space.

Q: What should I bring when I visit the studio?

A: Mostly, just you. If you’d like, bring a journal, a water bottle, or anything that helps you feel comfortable in your own skin. Everything else—the tea, the cushions, the soft landing—is here waiting for you.

Q: How do I make a reservation for a ceremony?

A: Reservations are made directly through Square. Find the ceremony you want to attend, choose your time, and follow the prompts to confirm your spot. You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details you need.

Q: What does it cost to get a monthly membership to the studio?

A: Founding Member Pricing is $160/month. Membership includes unlimited access to ceremonies, exclusive gatherings, gifts, & benefits— and the joy of having a place that knows your name.

Q: Do I have to be silent for the entirety of a ceremony?

A: Almost all ceremonies will have some time for community connection. Some ceremonies begin and end in silence, with space for sharing in between. Others weave conversation, movement, or guided practice throughout. Either way, the structure is there to support you.

Q: What does pricing and membership look like?

A: Intuitively Wild offers a monthly membership where you can access all in-pereson ceremonies and gatherings for $160/mo. Alternatively, you can book a single ceremony, purchase a 5 or 10 ceremony pass, or simply drop in for {regulate} hours. You can view each offers' details and pricing here.

Q: I have questions about accessibility, pricing, or accommodations.

A: Please reach out using the form above. This work is meant to meet people in their real lives—and that includes honoring your needs.
