You don’t need another blueprint for self-betterment. You need a space that slows the spin. A place and community that hold you while we remember who we are.
Here at the Hudson Valley studio, ceremony is a breath held a little longer. A mug of tea, warm in your palms. A soft chair and an even softer exhale. The act of gathering.
This is how we begin again. Not all at once. But breath by breath.
Sacred
No. 1
Rooted in the lineage of traditional Cha Bao/Bowl Tea Ceremony and layered with intuitive guidance, {listen} invites you to sit in silence with nature, with yourself, and with others.
The tea teaches.
After we pour and drink in silence, we may explore pranayama, journaling, ritual, or gentle community sharing—guided by the energy in the room.
No. 2
{ceremony} is woven with modalities like ritual work, yoga therapy, tea ceremony, herbalism, human design, meditation, breathwork, journaling, group connection and intuitive guidance—pulled in as they serve the season and the community.
{ceremony} offers space to process, shed and transform, and integrate what you’ve been through, meet what is present, and gain clarity on and embody who you are becoming.
No. 3
{devote} offers you the space to sit with yourself—quietly, curiously, without interruption. The studio will be set with meditation cushions, books, tea, prompts, and soft landing spots.
Whether you journal, breathe, stretch, grieve, bring your laptop to or simply be—this space is yours for however your body wants to use it.
No. 4
These gatherings are what happen when we land in the comfort of community. Come for the conversation, the connection, the tea, the texture.
Less immersive and deep than a ceremony, although woven through with similar modalities. Some nights we circle up with a theme to journal and discuss. Other nights we engage in a ritual-based activity. Every night that we gather, we remember how good it feels to be with people who seek to live intuitively and slow down on purpose, together.
No. 5
During {regulate} hours, the space functions as a drop-in tea space house and herbal apothecary. No need to RSVP. Just come.
Drink tea. Reconnect. Pick up tinctures and remedies. Stay for five minutes or three hours.
This is a sacred space for remembering what it feels like to be a regular somewhere.
Threshold
Something called you. Something gentle. Something honest.
Maybe it was the quiet. Maybe it was the ache. Maybe it was a knowing that didn’t come in words—only in longing.
This space will meet you— in the breath you didn’t realize you were holding, in the silence that doesn’t feel empty anymore, in the steadiness of simply staying with yourself.
We are tenders, makers, guardians of grounded magic
