Tips for Each Undefined Centre in Human Design

Tips for each Undefined Centre to support your mental health, increase your self understanding, and improve self love. With an undefined centre, you are picking up, magnifying and reflecting back to others the energy that is happening in this centre. Each centre holds a different meaning and significance. If you are interested in learning more about that, I did a previous blog post linked here ********.

Root - if you have this centre undefined, you may easily feel overwhelmed by external pressure. Deadlines and timelines may cause you stress and anxiety. And yet, you find it hard to take action and create your own deadlines. It can be helpful for you to know when to rely on others to give you timelines, and when to rely on other centres in your chart to get your energy moving. Have patience, be kind to yourself, you don’t have to always be taking action.

Sacral - be okay with your energy being inconsistent. Know that when you are around others with this centre defined, you can feel as if you have the same consistent energy, but you have to remember that you do not. It is important for you to know when to pull away and take time to rest. It’s okay to have your energy flow up and down, don’t compare yourself to others.

Solar Plexus - with this centre undefined, you are very susceptible to feeling others emotions. This is the typical empath trait. If you have an open solar plexus, also known as the emotional centre, you are what is called a non-emotional. It does not mean you are not emotional, it means that your emotions do not stem from inside of you. On your own, you feel cool, calm and collected. However, you are picking up and amplifying the emotions that you are happening around you. Being aware of this helps you separate yourself from your emotions and remind yourself that what you are taking on is often not yours. Ask yourself - is this emotion truly mine? How can I let it go. Or, how can I use it to my advantage?

Spleen - if you have this centre undefined, you easily pick up on others fears and anxieties. It is important for you to ask yourself - is this anxiety my own? Is this fear truly mine? Or is it something I am taking on from someone else. This awareness can help you let go of these fears and come back to a grounded place.

Ego - with this centre undefined, your motivation and willpower is inconsistent. Our world teaches us that this is not okay. It teaches us that we should constantly be motivated, and pushing, and moving towards our goals. However, you are not made to function in this way. It is okay for your desire to . You are also not here to be motivated by fame and money. You are here to be motivated by what you genuinely desire and act when you genuinely have the motivation to.

Throat - the throat centre holds our voice, of course. With this centre undefined, it does not mean you aren’t meant to speak your truth or use your voice, it only means that it may feel harder for you to do so at times. Your desire and ability to do this is inconsistent. You may find it hard to find the words to express yourself or accurately portray your thoughts and feelings. You are a powerful voice for others - particularly minority groups that do not have a voice. Use your voice as a way to advocate for others. Allow yourself to stay quiet when you do not feel the ability to get your words out and trust when you do feel inspired to speak - because when you do the timing will be perfect and you will be able to express yourself with power and clarity.

G Centre - with this centre undefined, you are constantly changing. This centre holds our identity and direction - this does not mean you lack a sense of self, instead it means that you grow and evolve quicker and that there are many layers to who you are. When you are with different people or in different environments, different pieces of you are brought out. Let each situation you are in bring out different pieces of yourself - this is not you people pleasing or being fake, this is you embracing your full self. Make sure you are around people and in environments that make you feel good, like yourself, and at peace.

Ajna - with this centre undefined, you are not here to have one unchanging point of view and opinion. You are able to see many different perspectives clearly and be very discerning about which one is important in this moment. Be careful about getting drawn into those who tell you that you need to pick a side, or that you need to be loud about your opinion and never change your mind. Give yourself permission to really see all perspectives and points of views and take time to process it all.

Crown - this centres is home to our inspiration. With this centre undefined, you need external stimuli to help you get create, bring in new ideas and take action on them.
