November is For Deep Self Understanding

setting our intentions for November

Last week we focused on our reflection ritual for October. This week we are continuing the process and setting our intentions for November.

These rituals allow us to be intentional with where we want to spend our energy and time moving forward, who we want to be, who we want to be around, and how we want to show up.

They allow us to craft a life on purpose, present, proudly - instead of on autopilot, reactive, shut down.

November is a month we are going to want to be grounded, present and supported for - our intention setting ritual allows us to do just that.

herbal companions

Our herbal companion for the month of November is Rosehip.

Rose is the ultimate self-love plant and Rosehips are the seed from which the flower blooms. This herb promotes self-love and helps you treat yourself with gentleness and compassion.

It deepens your ability to connect with and feel love towards others and let yourself be loved. It also nourishes and strengthens all the systems in your body.

You plant rose hips in late fall or early winter, and they are best to pick in winter. They even get sweeter after several frosts. So, unlike roses, which are blooming in the spring and summer, Rosehips, are abundant in the winter.

In many ways, the Rose plant shows us that different parts of us can shine in different seasons and cycles.

We are going to need this type of energy throughout November…

Most of November is Scorpio season.

Scorpio energy is asking us to get deep, real, raw, and honest.

To be willing to be uncomfortable in pursuit of our truth, desires, and transformations.

To be willing to grow and change despite discomfort - no matter what that looks like.

Mostly importantly, we want to be able to embody what we're learning and and step into this new phase with courage, integrity and presence, instead of reactivity, anxiety and panic.

And that’s why, our month title at Intuitively Wild is —

~ November is For Deep Self Understanding ~

This time is ripe for self connection. It is asking us to be our own best friend and our own soulmate.

It is time to know ourselves at our deepest core and let that be where we live our life from.

The practice that helps us uncover our roots and know ourselves to our core is journaling. Here are some journal prompts to help you start this process...

Growth, change and transformation can be overwhelmingly uncomfortable, even if we are ready for it. Having these intentions to root back into when our trust and energy waver, helps us stay connected to our intuition and path.

We’re in it together.

I think November holds a lot of magic for all of us.

If you want to go deeper into this ritual, head to the podcast or youtube. There’s a lot of depth and details you won’t want to miss there.
